Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Splashand online store, available at splashand.amine.ma, and any person placing an order on the site ("Customer"). Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products and prices
Products offered are those described on the site at the time of consultation, subject to availability. Prices are shown in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Splashand reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Customers may order directly as a guest, without creating an account. Before confirming, the Customer is invited to check the order details (product, quantity, colour, size, delivery address): any confirmed order constitutes a firm and final acceptance by the Customer.
5. Payment
Payment is made exclusively in cash, directly to the delivery person, upon receipt of the order (Cash on Delivery). No online payment is required to place an order.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer, anywhere in Morocco, with an indicative delivery time of 24 to 72 business hours from order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on the delivery city and logistical conditions. The delivery person will contact the Customer by phone before delivery to arrange a time slot.
7. No right of withdrawal, return, exchange or refund
All items sold on Splashand are sold as final. No return, exchange or refund is offered after the order has been received, for any reason whatsoever.
The Customer is invited to carefully check the product's characteristics (colour, size, description) before confirming the order. At the time of delivery, and before paying the delivery person, the Customer may still decline the parcel if they no longer wish to proceed with the purchase; once the parcel is accepted and paid for, the sale is considered final and no claim regarding return, exchange or refund can be accepted.
8. Liability
Splashand cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, or total or partial disruption or strike affecting postal services or means of transport, or in the event of an error by the Customer in the delivery information provided (address, phone number).
9. Intellectual property
All elements of the splashand.amine.ma website (text, images, logos, the Splashand brand) are protected and remain the exclusive property of Splashand. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.
10. Personal data
Information collected when placing an order (name, address, phone number) is used solely to process and deliver the order, and is never sold to third parties.
11. Applicable law
